After possibly an hour lf “blog-thinking” : thinking and articulating thoughts via blogging – seems to be working pretty well…
Its not as mentally taxing since the thoughts are now articulated in words, freeing up the “RAM” in the brain to think and conceptualise more.
Just like computer (my philosophy or hypothesis), our brain can be overloaded and thus “hang” or start lagging when the RAM are maxed out. Thus writing down especially via blogging, may turn out to be simple but effective way to maximize the productivity of our brains.
I feel less mentally tired despite all the hard thinking in comparison to usual, and i am feeling great.
Perhaps, next to study is how to counter act against mental fatigue, when it comes. And if there is a better way to use the brain or to negate the effect of mental fatigue.
Although like the old adage, prevention is better than cure – cure is still important isnt it, since we would want to know how to resolve when the need for a cure comes into reality.
I will report more when it happens.
